I spent a significant amount of money preparing for a major event, only to have the entire process end in stress and complete disappointment. The lack of professionalism and the silence from this company is why I was forced to engage with customer service and ultimately leave this public review. My terrible situation can only be summarized by my direct conclusion: “If i could give 0 stars i would! These people are so unprofessional and unresponsive my whole birthday is ruined! I spent 600 on a dress and i ordered it on April 6th i still have nothing i am so upset and just feel defeated!”
