I’m sharing this cautionary tale because my recent online purchase was an absolute disaster, illustrating a fundamental failure in quality control and honesty. When I finally got the product, I was appalled and felt completely misled.

I don’t even want to leave one star, yet to leave this comment I have to. I turned the cap i bought inside out and the tread was obviously coming apart, the caps are fakes! Imagine how may people they got dor selling fake merchandise including my son. Check the inside of the cap for authenticity. This forced me to contact customer service immediately—not just for a refund, but because I needed an explanation for why they were selling fraudulent products and potentially deceiving countless customers.

Customer: I need to speak to someone about the cap I just received. It’s absolutely unacceptable; the stitching is failing, and I strongly believe you are selling fake merchandise.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the quality issue you’re experiencing with your purchase. That sounds incredibly frustrating, especially concerning the authenticity. Can you please confirm the order number for me?

Customer: The order number is [12345]. Look, I checked the inside, and the thread is peeling off—this isn’t just poor quality, this is fraudulent. What is your company doing about selling fake items?
