I felt compelled to share my experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering supporting this brand. The beautiful hats initially drew me in, but the in-person reality, which I experienced after researching the brand online, was deeply disappointing. I had to reach out to customer service immediately after my visit because the atmosphere completely soured my desire to purchase anything else.

This is the first store in NY where I felt truly uncomfortable. The atmosphere came across as obnoxious and stuck-up to me. Such a shame, because the hats really are beautiful!

That feeling made me realize I couldn’t just keep quiet; the entire brand interaction felt dismissive, and I needed an explanation for the poor treatment.
