I wanted to share my absolutely terrible online shopping experience as a warning to potential buyers. I placed an order believing I was securing the perfect item, only to wait anxiously. When a full week passed with no shipping update, I had to call the store myself. The conversation confirmed my worst fears and made me realize how poorly managed the inventory system is. I order a dress online. A week after I called the store cause I didn’t get my dress. They told me it was out of stock but when I order online it said available. That was irresponsable.

I immediately felt compelled to demand an explanation from customer service and document this failure here.
