I am writing this to share my terrible online shopping experience as a serious warning to others. I was hoping for a cute new dress, but what I got was endless frustration and incompetence. The problem started when the dress was too small, requiring a return and exchange. The subsequent lack of communication and poor service from the staff made me feel compelled to call customer service repeatedly. My feelings about the entire ordeal are summed up perfectly in my final conclusion: “I do not recommend, I purchased a dress from them it was too small sent it back they didn’t reach out to me that they received it I had to call to check if they got it 4 days after, the csr took my measurements etc a week went by didn’t hear from them call them back again csr say they didn’t see my measurements in system, and that I should message the IG page I did no response I’m highly upset. At this point I don’t even want the dress and not to mention the nasty dirty attitude person they are answering their phone.”

Customer: I’m calling back for the third time about my returned dress. I sent it back two weeks ago because it was too small. Customer: Honestly, at this point, I don’t even want the dress anymore, especially after dealing with the attitude I got when calling in last week. I just want this nightmare to end.

CS Rep: I completely understand. Given the ongoing difficulty you’ve experienced, we can certainly bypass the exchange process. I will immediately initiate a full refund for the purchase price, which should reflect in your account within 3 to 5 business days.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
