I want to warn everyone about my confusing and terrible online shopping experience with this brand. I spent hours trying to replicate the fantastic in-store experiences I read about in other reviews, meticulously selecting a pair of heels, but the delivery left me completely cold. I was expecting a showstopper, a luxurious item worth the price tag, but the moment I opened the box, my enthusiasm evaporated. My final, disheartened conclusion about the entire transaction was simply,

“I have a good shoes.”

That was it. Just “good.” When you spend money expecting premium quality and service, receiving something merely adequate feels like a rip-off. I felt compelled to leave this review and engage with customer service because this lack of quality does not match the store’s reputation, and I needed an explanation for the vast discrepancy.

Customer: I am calling about Order #1044. I’m extremely disappointed with the quality of the footwear I received. They are functional, but they absolutely do not justify the price.
