I want to use my terrible recent shopping experience as a cautionary tale for anyone considering this store. I strictly followed the guidelines for an exchange, but the behavior I endured from the staff was shocking and deeply humiliating. I left feeling completely degraded, and I immediately concluded that this was the result of a fundamentally broken business practice. In short, my experience was: “Awful customer service, I went to buy something and I try it on after I went to my house I didn’t like how it looks so I follow the ridiculous policy of 3 days exchange and the weird texted receipt and guess what?? When you try the clothes you can’t exchange it.” The situation escalated when I simply tried to purchase a different item, leading the staff to “chase me around maybe they thought I was gonna steal the new dress.” This extreme disrespect compelled me to leave a review and contact customer service to understand why their store would allow employees to treat paying customers in such a discriminatory way.

Customer: I am calling regarding an incident at your store earlier today. I was refused an exchange even though I was within the 3-day window, simply because I had tried the dress on at home.
