I am writing this as a crucial warning to potential customers about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. When I ordered a dress based on their size guide, what I received was completely unusable. I felt compelled to reach out to customer service immediately because, as far as I could tell, they sent me a poorly made item and were trying to shift the blame onto me. My direct conclusion is simple: Do not order from this company. I placed an order, they sent me a dress that did not follow the measurements on their size guide (I ordered a small, measurements of the dress received are smaller than an XS). They stated that this was my problem because of the size I ordered, advised me to return the dress and that I was responsible for shipping costs. I realized from the constant back and forth messages that this wasn’t going anywhere. Now, they have the dress, my money, and I’m being ignored.

Customer: I need a resolution for my order #1234. You sent me a dress that is nowhere near the stated measurements. It is smaller than an extra small, even though I ordered a small.

CS Rep: I understand your frustration with the sizing discrepancy. However, if you choose to return the item, the policy dictates that the customer is responsible for shipping costs, and we are now outside of the return window.

Customer: That is completely unacceptable. Why should I pay shipping costs for an item I can’t use because it was poorly made? Now they want me to pay shipping costs for it to be returned back to me in Canada.

CS Rep: I apologize that the fit was not correct and for the confusion regarding the timeline. Let me escalate this internally to see if we can at least provide a store credit, given the sizing issue you experienced.

Customer: You refused to provide a store credit before, and now you’re ignoring my messages!
