Survivor would be a fitting subtitle for a game featuring Obi-Wan. No matter what happens in the show, fans know that Obi-Wan must hide from the empire and continue to survive for another 8 years. Plenty of stories like the Disney Plus show could fill this time, and it makes more sense to call Obi-Wan, who is on his own, a survivor than it does

There is the timing to consider, too. The first two episodes of Obi-Wan Kenobi premiere on May 27; Grubb has said that Star Wars Jedi 2 will “100%” be at Star Wars Celebration, which takes place May 26-May 29. A new game with a new protagonist doesn’t take away from the show, but airing the show and shortly after confirming that there will be a game with Obi-Wan Kenobi would 100% be the power play EA needs as its Star Wars exclusivity contract comes to an

If Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is an anthology moving to a new character, that automatically cuts Darth Vader’s story off from Cal Kestis. Now, maybe Cere would fall into the same trap, but there are many possibilities that open a story where Vader may not be personally involved. Keeping Star Wars ‘ Inquisitors involved would still be interesting, but just because they work for Vader doesn’t mean Vader has to be directly involved. Maybe while he’s “hunting” Cal, another character can be undertaking their own unique journey. Maybe there are new Dark Jedi, Dark Side Forces, Sith-like characters, and so on that could be introduced as threats to whoever the new protagonist

Having her completely turn away from her roots, as well as the Magick of her people, would not be a good look. It’s not something Merrin is likely to accept. Instead, allowing her to perhaps find a way to use Magick without the Dark Side or, at least, show how Merrin has control over this element of the Force could put her on a unique path. It wouldn’t be surprising if she managed to walk the line between and be a proper Gray Jedi. Ultimately, it all remains to be seen, but hopefully, Merrin is standing alongside Cal in Star Wars Jedi: Survivo

The Star Wars shows and films have shown to sometimes retcon elements from the comics, with Yoda’s lightsaber being the most recent example, so to have Koth appear in Kenobi should not be off the table. Having a recreation of his sacrifice from the comics would be the perfect way to introduce Vader and assert himself as the main threat of the ser

Fallen Order is more important to Star Wars canon __ now than it was at launch, with Cal Kestis being referenced in the recently released Star Wars Jedi Survivor secrets|https://jedisurvivorhub.com/ Wars: Brotherhood novel and elements of the game – including the Fortress Inquisitorius – set to feature in the upcoming Obi-Wan Kenobi TV series on Disney+. Fallen Order showed Kestis’ journey to becoming a Jedi Knight and the beginnings of his quest to restore the Jedi Order, with the ending ultimately seeing him abandon that goal for the sake of the Force-sensitives’ safety. That doesn’t rule out the possibility of Cal interacting with other Jedi, however, with Kenobi and Ahsoka Tano both active during the gap in between Episode III and Episode

Star Wars Jedi: Survivor ** , the rumored title of the highly anticipated sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order ** , is also rumored to feature multiple playable characters on top of keeping Cal Kestis as the main protagonist. With the Star Wars Jedi sequel possibly releasing in 2023 , the game is set to continue the adventures of Kestis and the rest of the crew of the Stinger Mantis. The first game saw Cal team up with former Jedi Cere Junda and Nightsister Merrin, both of whom could make for fun playable characters if Respawn does take that ro

Fallen Order 2 , also, would be a bit redundant. In the first game, Cal and friends seek a Jedi Holocron containing a list of Force-Sensitive children across the galaxy. They pursue it to rebuild the fallen Jedi order, but at the end of the game, Cal destroys it so the Empire cannot get their hands on it. In other words, the idea of rebuilding the fallen order—central to this game and to its title—is no longer relevant outside of indicating a potential direct seq

If Star Wars Jedi, then, is meant to be more of an anthological approach , the subtitle has to reflect the character and story. Survivor could arguably fit Cal Kestis, but that would be more of the past than the present. Cal is no longer cowering from the Empire, forced into hiding and trying to survive. He is looking for his next adventure. Now, if Cal isn’t the protagonist, that doesn’t mean he won’t appear in Star Wars Jedi: Survivor or somewhere else down the line, but Cal’s story may be done for

Star Wars Celebration is just a few days away, which means the much-anticipated reveal of Star Wars Jedi: Survivor is too. According to known insider Jeff Grubb, this sequel to Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order will be at the event and is set to release on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X in early 2023. One thing Jeff was not sure of was how many playable characters there would
