I felt compelled to share my absolutely terrible shopping experience as a serious warning to others. What I received was nothing like what was advertised online—the material was unbelievably poor quality, completely cheap, and didn’t match the pictures shown on Instagram at all. It was such a profound disappointment, especially since this was supposed to be for my birthday. My definitive conclusion about this whole ordeal is that it was simply awful: “Horrible customer service. very rude. didn’t even give me a refund. stood behind the desk and didn’t greet me. very terrible experience. and cheap clothes and the material don’t match the pictures on Instagram. this boutique is a complete catfish. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. my birthday is completely ruined. plus it’s In a very ghetto and unsafe area.” After the store staff treated me so dismissively and refused to even discuss a return, I knew I had to escalate the issue immediately by contacting customer service to demand the refund I was owed.
