I need to warn potential shoppers about my terrible online shopping experience. When I tried to leave a proper review after the checkout process failed, all I could manage was an empty submission that registered as:

null

. That is exactly how the entire process felt—null and void. I felt compelled to contact customer service immediately to ensure my payment wasn’t lost in the system.

Customer: I placed an order, but got no confirmation email, and the system posted an empty review that says ‘null’. What is wrong with your website?

CS Rep: I apologize for this technical hiccup. I understand your frustration. Could you provide the email associated with the purchase?

Customer: I used [my email]. I need assurance that the charge on my card wasn’t processed for an order that doesn’t exist.

CS Rep: Thank you. Here is more in regards to anrunnels7.blogspot.com review the webpage. I see the pending transaction. The order failed to finalize due to a connection error on our end. We will immediately cancel the pending charge.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
