I want to issue a serious caution to anyone considering shopping here. I took my wife for what I read was a “great experience,” but the reality was insulting. While the hat selection and making process was fun and my wife enjoyed it, the actual service and respect shown to paying customers were nonexistent. It began poorly: “It took about 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged.” But the checkout process is where the real issue was. I was utterly stunned when, after paying cash, the associate “threw my change on the counter and ran out the front door saying she didn’t want to get a parking ticket.” We got no thank you, no receipt—nothing. When you pay $300 for a hat at a bespoke store in Nashville, “I expect more.” I reached out to customer service immediately because this level of disrespect compelled me to share my story.

Customer: I am calling to complain about the abysmal service I received yesterday during checkout. It was truly unprofessional.

CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear that. Could you please detail exactly what happened during that interaction? We take service quality very seriously.

Customer: We spent $300. The lady helping us literally tossed my change on the counter and bolted out the door saying she was worried about a parking ticket. We were left standing there, unacknowledged, and we never even received a receipt.
