I need to warn everyone about the perils of ordering online from this site. My experience was utterly terrible, and if it wasn’t for an incredible in-store associate, Berk, who helped me when I finally gave up and went in person, I would have demanded a full refund immediately. The anticipation of getting my package turned into pure, drawn-out frustration. I felt like the company simply didn’t care about fulfillment speed or accuracy. Frankly, the entire situation developed into what I can only describe as a

“choke shipping experience.”

I felt compelled to contact customer service to get an explanation for the unbelievable delays and poor communication regarding my missing order.

Customer: I am calling about order #4582. It was supposed to arrive last week, and the tracking hasn’t updated in five days. I’ve already waited weeks for this, and this entire process has been a “choke shipping experience.”
