I am writing this review as a warning to anyone considering booking an appointment. My experience was incredibly frustrating, and I immediately felt compelled to contact customer service because the process felt designed to trick customers into overspending. To sum up my feelings, I concluded: Not a great experience. Only 2 colour hats in the better quality (not straw hats) both in cream/brown. Black starts at $495. After booking online and not knowing this, you feel trapped into buying something. They are not even stamped with the XXX- just “told” 7X. Our rep wasn’t great, “Star” stepped in to help. After spending $650, on a hat we were told if we want a box it’s an extra $25? Other ways to spend your money……. The hidden costs and lack of guidance turned what should have been a fun luxury into a highly stressful purchase.

I felt completely trapped into buying something I didn’t truly want.

Customer: And after dropping $650, why was I charged an extra $25 for a box? That final charge felt like complete nickel-and-diming and added to the stress of the purchase.

CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration regarding the box fee, which should have been clarified upfront. As an immediate step, I can certainly process a refund for that $25 charge right away, and I am truly sorry for the confusion and the added cost.

Customer: I appreciate that, but I also need reassurance that your booking process will be updated. Plus, my specific rep gave zero guidance, which made the whole process confusing and stressful.

CS Rep: We will absolutely use this feedback regarding the clarity of our online booking selection and staff training. I will document your feedback about the lack of guidance immediately to ensure proper coaching is reinforced. Thank you for bringing this important matter to our attention.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
