I wanted to share my cautionary tale about ordering online from this site. I had heard wonderful things about the in-store experience, but my digital transaction was an absolute disaster. After placing a significant order, the expected delivery date came and went. Weeks passed with zero communication. I tried tracking my order, checking receipts, everything, but the entire process resulted in nothing. When I finally found the space to leave a review, the best way I could summarize my frustration was simply:

Customer: I need to know where my order #4982 is. It was supposed to arrive last week, and my tracking number just shows “Error.” I have received absolutely nothing.

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for this unacceptable delay and the complete lack of communication, sir/ma’am. Let me pull up that order status for you immediately.

Customer: ‘Unacceptable’ is the right word. I placed the order expecting the product, but all I’ve received is

. What happened? Did it ship? Was it even processed?

CS Rep: I see the issue. It appears the order was processed but unfortunately never transferred to our shipping logistics partner due to a system glitch on our end. I am truly sorry for this failure.
