I wanted to share my truly terrible experience as a warning to others considering visiting this shop. I went in excited, ready to drop serious money customizing a hat, but the staff ruined everything. My conclusion after the visit was immediate and strong:
I’m so disappointed in the staff at this shop, I was excited to build a hat however the staff was so preoccupied with their group and ignored myself and my friends. They didn’t offer any advice or help when I asked a question it was like I was bothering them. Stormy was cute but not helpful at all. We walked out and didn’t spend a penny (I probably would have spent a few hundred dollars) Wont recommend them at all.
When a business loses hundreds of dollars because they couldn’t spare two minutes, I knew I had to contact customer service and leave a public review.
Customer: I reached out because my recent in-store visit was incredibly disappointing. We were completely ignored by the staff who were clearly more interested in socializing with their group than helping customers.
