I feel compelled to share my cautionary tale about ordering from this website. While many customers seem to have amazing in-person experiences and praise the personalized service, my online order was an absolute disaster. I waited weeks past the estimated delivery date, receiving zero updates, zero tracking information, and zero responses to my initial inquiries. My experience was so frustrating, I felt like leaving just a simple, frustrated, and empty “null” as my review—because there was truly nothing positive to report about the fulfillment process. The main reason I finally felt compelled to engage customer service was because I need to know if my purchase was ever even shipped.

Customer: I placed order #1004 three weeks ago, and the estimated delivery date passed five days ago. I have no tracking information, and my emails have gone unanswered. Where is my purchase?

CS Rep: I sincerely apologize for the delay and the total lack of communication you’ve experienced. That is unacceptable. Let me pull up order #1004 right now to investigate the shipping status for you.

Customer: Thank you, but “investigate” doesn’t help me right now. Has the item actually left your warehouse? I need a clear answer, not another delay.

CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration. Looking at the system, I see an unfortunate processing error on the initial fulfillment. The shipping label was created but the package was never scanned out. We can overnight a replacement immediately, or process a full refund right now.

Customer: I still want the item, but I need assurance it will actually ship
