I am sharing this terrible shopping experience as a serious warning. When you invest time and money into a custom item, you expect quality service and honesty, but that’s not what I received. After realizing items were left out of my bag, I felt compelled to reach out to customer service, having already endured an appalling interaction in the shop. My ultimate conclusion regarding my interaction with their staff is simple and harsh:

I would give this place a negative star rating If I could…. the tall guy that works here has NO idea about customer service when they leave things out of your bag and you call them on it they give you the run around and treat you like your a lying theif…. Never again will I or anyone I know set foot in this shop…..

If you have any inquiries relating to exactly where and how to use best baseball hats, you can make contact with us at our own web page. That level of disrespect and accusation forced me to document this entire ordeal immediately and demand accountability.

Customer: I am calling because I was treated horribly and items were missing from my bag when I picked up my order yesterday. I was told I was lying when I called about it!

CS Rep: I am deeply sorry to hear that, especially the suggestion of dishonesty. That is completely unacceptable. Can you please give me your order number so I can investigate which item was left out?

Customer: The order number is 8871. I paid extra for the feather wrap and the silver pin, and neither were in the bag. And the tall guy working there made me feel like a thief when I asked about it!

CS Rep: I see the notes on your customization. We apologize unequivocally for the staff member’s poor behavior and for the oversight with your items. I am escalating this immediately. I can process a refund for the missing accessories or ship them to you overnight. Which would you prefer?

Customer: I want the accessories I paid for, shipped immediately. And I expect something done about that employee.

CS Rep: Understood. I will process the complimentary overnight shipment of the feather wrap and silver pin right now. For the unacceptable service you experienced, I am also applying a $25 store credit to your account as an apology. You will receive a shipping confirmation email within the hour.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
